Ismail is right and talks clear and clean Alhamdulillah. Properly business is not a lottery business. Yes you can be lucky but mostly you need to be patient and people are not patient.
Also you need to do your own research too and do your homework by getting different opinions etc. Also, if you want a safe investment then wait for societies to develop first, don't be the first one to jump on them. See things being made like main roads, commercials etc. Yes you will buy it abit more expensive but returns are guaranteed InshAllah.

Reading comments in many youtube videos, I feel that people have unrealistic expectations and invest for very short term and expect very high returns. This may be possible sometime but not all the time. There are fluctuations in the market, patience is the key. If someone invests in newly launched societies by paying installments and cannot wait for a few years, then people are not investing wisely. There will be always ups and downs, but if the developer has good history; they will fix the problems in medium to long term. Ismail provides his advice on up to date information from the market. Its up to us to make our decisions.
