STOCK MARKET AT NOON: Meyerwerft saved! Unicredit goes after Commerzbank!
The major Italian bank Unicredit surprised everyone by buying 9% of Commerzbank and wants to acquire further shares. The German state has already sold 4.5% of its shares and plans to further reduce its stake.
