Remember? When on super Mario 3d world when you play a level that you already cleared it appeared miis racing with you that other people made Remember? When on new super Mario bros u were people on miiverse texting and drawing about levels and they appeared in there Well it ended sadly, but our memories are still there we want to go back but as long we can it isn't the same, if you still have that Wii u why do not play something to get those good memories and don't be ever be gone ;)

What I miss about the Wii U is if ya wanted to play online all ya needed to do was make a Nintendo ID that was all no having to pay for online services or anything like that now I gotta pay to play with my friends on Minecraft on the switch and the menu was beautiful with great graphics and the nice ambient music in the background which you really fall asleep too while the switch doesn’t have a cool menu design startup or ambient music in the background which makes it look boring dull and lifeless

@@pacifistichuman82649 Now that Wii U & 3DS Online are shutdown permanently for good, it’s now impossible to play Super Mario Maker on both Wii U & 3DS considering that all stages are online only. Thankfully I finished the road to MAX Level 50 in Splatoon 1 before the end of 2023 and before the date of online shutdown. Now Pokémon Bank is going to be next for the upcoming shutdown. 😔

Look at the beautiful menu , it's alive , it's interactive , no wonder why it needs 1 GB of RAM which explains why the WiiU menu is slow , also Zelda Breath of the Wild uses about 2 GB of RAM , that's why when you pause the game and unpause it you wait some time for it to load and continue your game .
I loved miiverse and I used it since 2013 but it was sad to see it go. But don't panic! There making a new service called pretendo which will bring back everything discontinued from wii u including miiverse. But you have to homebrew your wii u.
It's sad I never got to enjoy Miiverse. Hopefully rverse will bring back the Wara Wara/Wii U plaza to it's changeable state. I'd love to see modding for the system Miis on the console too, like maybe sidekick Mii injects.
Rverse brought back Miiverse on the 3DS but not the Wii U, If you want it on the Wii U you need to switch from Nintendo Network to Pretendo Network if you have a homebrewed Wii U console (you will need a account though so find a tutorial online and follow the instructions, There is one for Tiramisu, and one for Aroma too I think)
I miss this era of Nintendo consoles. Back when the UI of some consoles like the 3DS, Wii and Wii U were charming and welcoming in their own ways. The Wii U especially, since this menu is just so amazing and impressive for it's time. The Wii U menu was so welcoming to the point where whenever it was your birthday, there would be a little special jingle that would play in the music. I find that so cute! I was around during the era of Miiverse's existance and during the time when the Wii U was still supported, unfortunately I barely remember ever experiencing Miiverse. I wish I did though. I wish Nintendo could bring back personality in their consoles like this again, and I wish the Wii U wasn't so overhated. I do respect opinions, but really I don't think the Wii U deserved that much hate. It was a decent console for it's time with some of the best games out there. Thank you Wii U, and thank you Miiverse for being a big part in people's childhoods or social media careers.
