You seem have a free roam arrange script, because some characters has a lot of high stats, johnny with his beta style and norton special kick and ground punch, ted has single third hit of jocks strikers, luis and juri can reverse some of hal and norton moves, and hal and norton with thier full style, Right?!
This is how strong the greasers should have been. They nerfed the living hell out of the greasers in this game. Literally in very other piece of popular culture, greases are infinitely stronger than the Jocks, Rockstar Games just plays favoritism all the time.
I used altamurenza "more scripts to replace" mod. Can be found here: bully-board.com/index.php?topic=25304.0 but you need also img tool: add extra files from msr (more scripts to replace) to Selector mod 7.0. MSR's folder put in the scripts (not script.img). More scripts to replace got instructions.
Hal and Yuri's battle was epic. Both of them kept on countering the others attacks and it was extremely close.

you should ask to Rookie Raceway. It's his beta recreation (cause Johnny had beta strafe).
He edited act.img and scripts I guess.
