I would give a suggestion, instead of asking the chef to make for you directly for the taste and quality check, try to order as a regular customer from zomato or swiggy and then do the quality check. Because it does make difference when you get the food live in front of you and ordering from platforms. Also, you will get more clear thought on the actual environment how customers receive and how chefs shows their skills in the busy schedule. Just a suggestion😊, Although I never got a chance to try the food as I live in different state.
Please use different chopping boards and knives for veg and non veg... There are color codes for beg and non veg and there are different standards according to fssai which food businesses have to follow
