    This interview was so powerful. What a brilliant woman Anna is! And I can also share that I have worked with her personally. I learned new things even about her in this interview. She has been a key part of my recovery. ❤❤❤❤❤

    One of the most interesting interviewees ever. Amazing lady. She actually looks really well. As an ex Buddhist monk, i am currently reading an amazing book called the wakeful body written by a kagyu teacher. She presents very good somatic based meditation practices , i am finding the book very helpful.

    Amazing interview. Anna outlines many of the realizations I've had over the past year. I've (re)found the mind-body connection and what I conceive of as the divine feminine. Recognizing that my body has more wisdom than my mind was a game-changer. Same for recognizing that humans are just one small part of the broader web of life. I believe our illnesses aren't just individual problems, but wake up calls for all of humanity. Thanks for this interview. Love her.

    Thank you so much for thus Raelan and Anna. I just clicked on here by chance having watched many if your videos. I think I was meant to.I have recently been exploring Paganism which says exactly what Anna says about connecting with Nature. I feel a deep connection with trees and all Nature and have realised that the Old Religion (Paganism and Wicca) has taught this for thousands of years. Its interesting what Anna says about humanity realising our connection with Nature. Many younger people are turning to Paganism because they realise that we have done so much damage to our planet. I will definitely take a look at the summit. It sounds fascinating. Thanks Raelan for all you do for our community.

    This interview is **amazing**. I loved every part of it - especially the use of storytelling. It makes the world of difference to realise that you are part of something, to feel part of this total transformation to a way of understanding something that has defined our lives. Thank you! XXX

    Wow!-really interesting interview - thank you. The part about preverbal childhood trauma really spoke to me. I've always known that this is why courses like the Lightning Process didn't work for me. I'm glad this info is coming to light and that there is still hope!

      A study in Sweden by the Bragée clinic showed that almost all who suffers from ME/CFS, have experienced a traumatic childhood. This is why many are talking about an sensitised nervous system nowadays. I don’t think it’s the root cause, but it’s probably a contributing factor. There are many stones in one’s baggage. Figuring out which made one tip is hard.

    Your problematisation of "fatigue " in terms of socio/economic/political factors and the micro traumas of oppression is an excellent contribution to the health debate. As creatures we are forever contexted and that really impacts our health as embodied persons. And this knowledge can contribute to long covid/ ME etc., recovery. As a gay man, it is central to me becoming better.

    sounds reasonable and interesting. i imagine the yenga game where you stack some wood cubes on top of each other. what if a few of our problems are related to these pre-verbal conditions ...and we could do sth about it? even a little bit of change could bring much more stabilization. thank you for this good explanation and have a nice day!

    ME is brain inflammation and dysfunction after an enterovirus infection.

    • @julieramsey6185
      @julieramsey6185 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Just a thought... then why won't an MRI show this brain inflammation

    • @Justusson
      @Justusson 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      An MRI will not show you any kinds of viruses, nor bacterias. The inflammation is not that of an ordinary inflammation, but that of the infected healthy cells where the enteroviruses reproduce within. The viruses reproduce, destroying the cells from the mitochondria and out (like how any virus hijacks healthy cells) where the body’s own immune cells then starts to target the unhealthy cells, but doesn’t know which cell is healthy or not - hence the T-cells starts to attack all. That creates a lot of “free radicals”, along with cytokines storms - all which can be seen if you have an incredible magnifier. However, not easily.
      Enteroviruses are a thing. Everyone that ever has gotten MS have had mononucleosis, kissing disease. Those who never have, never develops it. The same with ME/CFS , it has been shown in all the latest research that we carry reactivated latent viruses such as EBV, herpes, HERV-K or others,..

    • @Justusson
      @Justusson 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      M P. What’s interesting though is not all have gotten ME/CFS from a viral infection, but also from bacterias, vaccines and in rare cases traumas. So, it’s not the infection itself, but the reaction to it (or the other things) and how it causes the body to react. It reactivates latent viruses that we all carry.
