Was Capitol Heights intentianlly dark? Was it closed? Guess a few were like that.

Not sure why it was so dark, it was open. Some were darker than others

It may just be the camera? Weird exposure shift from the outside stations to the underground ones

That is just how the camera handles going from dark to light and vice versa until it can change the settings for the new amount of light
