Hey Tom! Could these seminars/Lectures and videos correlate to taking the core competency for HCRA? I took a construction college course in Ontario, the classes were very similar to your other lectures and was wondering what to expect for the courses for the HCRA. Love the videos keep up the work.

Hi, thanks for the kind words, though not specially written for HCRA, a lot of things and more will be covered in the business management, project management and residential playlists as though cover a lot of the material. If you supplement that with building code part 9 it should go a long way. I sat many years on committees with BILD and CHBA and work with a number of people involved with Tarion. Best to you and your future career!
