I'm on 13.30.50 on my LG C2 and my ability to select game genre is greyed out as well when on any sound mode other than game optimizer. Glad to see your workaround.
After the update, my cable box is not selected as the default input, the LG home screen is now. Instead of using a universal remote to turn everything on, I now have to grab the LG TV remote and choose my cable box as the input from the home menu. And Yes, I checked to make sure the cable box was the default HDMI source when the TV is turned on; the home screen just takes over. Any help?
I have a G2 and have no problem at all whit the game mode maybe that problem is just for the ones that only use tv speaker, mine is connected to a soundbar and never had any problem whit any updates or just haven’t noticed anything wrong
The update jacked up my erac with my receiver. Long story short I have to remove my Fire Tv cube from the LG G2. Be aware , works fine with my Apple TV 4K
Hiya QS, one other thing I mnoticed on my 77C2, the blue light filter for reducing the glare at night doesn't work either, think that came with the new OS as well, can you see if it's the same on yours plz? It appears to do nothing anymore. Ty as always for the vid. P.S, I hope you got rid of the factory mode floating box prob
I was glad to see that on .50 update LG turned off the dimming options that has caused many issues with scenes being so dark you could not see them. Hope this doesn't screw that up
I have lg b2 and update my tv and the new web os 23 broken my hdr and other games. my game cliping. it's abl !!! and it's not possible to downgrade to other version the file is corupted ( web os 22 in lg site ) the new update is 13.30.61 don't update
I'm glad I don't switch between gaming profiles after I set my prefered one because this would be infuriating. LG needs to fix this, the C2 isn't old enough that they abandon support for broken features.

Volume is very low on bluetooth earbuds and bose flex speak, I have to turn the Volume up to 40. To hear at normal level and my lg tone bluetooth earbuds Volume is even lower Volume and have to turn Volume up to 52. If anyone has an answer to fixing the problem, I'd appreciate it if you can share it, please 🙏

Hi, can I install the update on a G2 in India? As the Indian website is still not having the update shown.Currently gaming is not a priority for me.

The update made my c2 leggy and the mouse on the remote stutters when I move it around the screen
