Great vid! I’m trying to be more consistent with meter dunks this year. I was running so many dunk pkgs but after changing to your recommended dunks, I’ve noticed a big difference in execution. Great info!!
for some reason ill practice my meter dunks before running online but then when I run online i cant ever get them to pop up the meter it always goes up with some bs layup. Literally same up down stick motion as I always do tried doing it slower and faster and still nothing online.

If I'm a wing or a guard that is a dunk threat or a big man who got dragged out of the post, Baseline Reverses Off One is a must for me. Far lower chance of getting blocked than a baseline layup, especially ones that have quick release but put so much air and spin on the ball.
3:31 I'd give that dunk to Dereck Lively II. He did quite a few standing reverse dunks.
13:56 This is the one dunk I really dislike on Old Gen, especially if it is triggered during a close game. You fall and have to wait till you get back up to rejoin on defense.

i’m assuming you’ve seen Joe’s new build.. is it worth dropping pass acc to 76, steal to 81, and standing dunk to 83 to go from 94 to 96 driving dunk and also go up to the 86 very requirement for the contacts?

Id say its all preference tbh the pass wouldnt matter too much, the steal would give you a little worse animations but 81 is still good for interceptions, and 83 standing dunk is valid still for sure at 6’9 bro, id say try it
Maybe even try to get it to 97 for that HOF precision dunker

Right off the bat i hate that posterizer silver is 86 driving dunk but contact dunk package has a requirement of a 87(89 for off 1). Even the contact alley oops is 84 i believe 😒 I definitely fucked that up

I created a build with 96 driving dunk BUT his vertical wasn’t high enough for Elite contact dunk. I think it’s 84 so it hurt.

I’m usually a SG but I just made a 6’11 SF. 99 standing dunk, 86 driving. I don’t have any shooting but 77 close shot and somewhere around 65 ball handle/Passing. Can you link me to a video for those animations if you have one.
If you don’t really care about dunking all you really need is 55 driving dunk and 35 vertical I believe… This unlocks Klay Thompson dunk package and is one of the most consistent dunk packages I’ve ever seen. I’ve dunked on locks with my 6’3 over and over, time and time again.

Yep. What made you stop at 95 driving dunk if I may ask? You unlock elite off 2 and slithery HOF at 94 and you get elite off 1 at 96. I dont think u get anything specifically at 95

They get blocked on chasedowns and if you got elites you see it in the contacts they good for meter dunks you take off like westbrook

I’m not saying I know more than him…..but what’s the gripe about putting every possible dunk animation on that you can? Either it’s never not worked for me to know what y’all mean or maybe y’all have just had horrible experiences but I literally put every dunk animation I liked or player I knew on and ain’t never had a problem other than ppl with like 90+ plus block when they meet me at the rim SOMETIMES. I’d say maybe more than 90% of the time I’m yammin it
And for context I’m 6’11 7’9 wingspan 94 dunk 74 strength 87 vert
For as many animations as possible to trigger contacts and full arsenal of dunks but all you really need is off 1 and baseline off 1 but for me personally off 1 and off 2 a windmill and baseline or 360 for 4th dunk thats it
@@kumarz6818 respect but the way I see it that’s limiting yourself to only the best scenarios. Like say I’m driving down the floor two ppl on me normally might not be a good idea but bc of my build the badges and most importantly the move I choose I can getta bucket.

When you get affiliated to either Elite or Rise, getting to “starter 2” with your rep unlocks a whole bunch of animations for your builds

Depends. 5 driving dunk points can give you most points in other areas (like ball handle, defense, driving layup). If you dont need that, go for 55
