She right being a Breast Cancer survivor myself life is always changing and you have to go with the flow or it will take you down. I grew up listening to her songs and I loved Grease. I remember going to see it in the theater when it first came out may Olivia Rest In Peace🕊🙏❤️ she will be missed.

Very sad news. Grew up listening to “I Honestly Love You” and “Have You Ever Been Mellow.” Graduated from high school in 1979 and our senior skit was the scene from Grease with Olivia and John Travolta singing “You’re the One that I Want.” I remember back in college in the early 80s when the record “Let’s Get Physical” came out and the video. People were shocked at Olivia with such a sexy video. Tame by today’s standards. Also, first choice for Sandy in Grease was Marie Osmond who turned it down due to the raunchiness of Sandy’s character which she says was obviously toned down by the time Olivia played the character. But who can now imagine anyone else as Sandy? We will always love you, Olivia. RIP. ❤️🙏

It's always a shock when you wake up to news that someone famous has passed .Prince, Diana, Chrissie Amphlett....... but Olivia is the 1st , one that made me actually cry. She is really is a big part of growing up in Australia she's always been around ... RIP There's no cancer now and she gets the break she deserves🌹

What a life Olivia had touching hundreds of millions of peoples heart and we felt hopelessly devoted to her and her songs but she has now returned back home, to the source where she and all of us originate from. She may be gone now but not forgotten as she still lives on through her golden voice, songs and the cancer center she founded.

My heart is heavy and broken with the loss of Olivia Newton-John, who passed away this last week. Our world lost one of the greatest human beings of our time. When I look back at the era in which she gave such love and devotion to us with her incredible, amazing, voice of an angel from heaven, I always regarded her as one of the best of the best. And now we face a world without her gentle soul to influence, inspire, and help us feel better about life. She will be so sorely missed. But, on the other hand, I’m also glad she no longer must struggle with her terrible battle with cancer and that she is finally at peace. But God Almighty… I will miss her so!! A legend. A true star. An angel from heaven. The best of the best! Thank you dear Olivia for all that you gave us for so many years. You will always be in my heart until my final breath. I’m hopelessly devoted to you! I love you…. I honestly… love you…

I once was sent a lovely email from one Rusty Regan who actually discovered Olivia, Elton John, Neil Diamond amongst many other...at that moment wished me the best of luck to be passed on to one of our singers..one Jasmine Lamport and one of her songs with that beautiful kind of vocal..Jasmine's song BREATHE has to be heard to be believed.

She did so much for Australians in Music & Movies. To this day no Female Australian Singer has been as popular in America as she was. She in her own way was an `honorary soul sister`. She sang with Reverend James Cleveland and The Southern California Community Choir, she rubbed Shoulders with Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Donna Summer (RIP). She sang with Take That the Gospel Sextet, and had so much in common with Marvin Gaye (RIP). They did multiple duets and while Marvin was best known for his Duets with Tammi Terrell (born Thomasina Ford), she was best known for her Duet with John Travolta. They also had songs that were banned in Utah Sexual Healing & Physical. She also was admired for never doing a song that was previously covered by a R & B Artist and she was the only White Act on a Tribute TV Special to Dionne Warwick who greatly influenced her as well. She also helped Tina Turner make the greatest comeback in Music when she was on her TV Special Hollywood Nights and introduced her to her Manager at the time Roger Davies. May she rest in peace.
