Bukit Lagong是座落在雪隆的一座小山，海拔572米。这座山不高，但是蛮挑战性，因为需要翻过一座山才可以到达山顶。途中可以看到美丽的日出和吉隆坡景色。今天我们会先攀上第一座山，bukit nolang.这段路程会经过cp1,cp2 和 cp3。然后会一路下山到河流。然后再经过超滑的烂泥上坡路到达山顶。之后我们会走原住民村落的路出去出口。
ukit Lagong is a hill located in Selangor, with an altitude of 572 meters. This mountain is not high, but it is quite challenging because you need to climb a mountain to reach the top. You can see beautiful sunrise and Kuala Lumpur scenery on the way. Today we will first climb the first mountain, Bukit Nolang. This journey will pass through cp1, cp2 and cp3. Then it will be all the way down to the river. Then it’s a super slippery muddy uphill climb to the top. Afterwards we will take the road from the orang asli village to the exit.
