Where is Nagsidh Hill in Dehradun? It is mentioned in 1909 Gazatteer and also a couple of books. Is there a Naga Tirtha in Dehradun?

How far it is from clock tower?and which side north or East wst

it is approx 10 to 11 km from clock tower going from dehradun towards harrawala on NH72 it should be on the south east direction if clocktower taken as center
