Lamman is the finest man in Hollywood!! He is soooooooooooooooo unrated. Nevertheless, I love him and support all that he does. ❤ Giving him his flowers 🌹 🌹 💐💐💐
Girl I thought I was the only one. I am grinning from ear to ear whenever I see him. Humble, classy, respectable, ages very well and the whole nine yards. Just a stand up man and I love him 🙏🏾
This man is mesmerizing. Strong sense of family, village, leadership, and protection displayed!! Reminds me so much of my dad...he was THAT Dad, uncle brother cousin, son everyone looked up to and for!
There is nothing special about this podcast. It’s the same conversation over and over. Misogyny, colorism, pandering to blk women while actually imagining a specific type of “blk woman”. 57:20
I ❤ "Comrade" as a replacement for the N word✊🏾 I have also been hearing "Beloved" between brothers and ❤ that as well. Surprised the first time I heard it, but let it marinate and on 2nd thought felt "Why Not" Beloved? Changes the energy in a + way!
The perspective of an African American man, and the most important part of the podcast is the strong woman who is there, listening, talking and chiming in... I applaud you Candace, and Weusi and Jamal ..Lamman truly captures your attention, he's an eloquent speaker ....We've ALL been waiting for this
I love this conversation. As a high school teacher I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE MY LEMMON. I see the same thing in my high school students. Yall keep up the great work.
I ❤❤❤❤❤ this GROWN ENERGY PODCAST🥳🥳🥳🥳 thank you all for the variety of insights, meaningful observations, and culturally grounded strengths/weaknesses!!! I’m definitely happy to have subscribed!!
Thank you everyone for all of your time. This is the discussion we all need. Especially for our men and women who are ready to do this life thing responsibly
As a young man, prioritizing growth, I love this type of content. Great guest, spoke about great topics & y’all had a great conversation. Please continue with the good work, looking forward to future episodes.
I just turned 40 years of age and I’ve never been married or had any children. I get some folks asking me what am I waiting on… I admit that question irritates.
Loved this conversation as a 40 something black woman... this was great the varied POV and life nuggets that were dropped in this discussion could be received and appreciated by all really
Enjoying the podcast thus far So Refreshing … Positive Mature Relevant conversations. great having Lamman as a guest. I’m sharing the channel. #Keep it Going 👏🏾👍🏾✨
I enjoy this podcast. The intellectual conversation is stimulating. A suggestion to support the conversation and camera angles,, might you consider a round table? We could then see the expressions of everyone as you’re conversing.
Interesting conversation. Particularly about the guest's nephew and the expectation that the judge would see the nephew as salvageable because he had a good network. THIS to me is fascinating. The idea that the kids who ALREADY have all the resources should be seen as valuable and those who have NEVER had resources should be seen as expendable. A very capitalist idea of who is grievable (think Judith Butler). Meaning, the loss (from incarceration, murder, etc) of the kid with no resources is NOT grievable. Is this who we have become🤔???
As a mother of four two and two I prepared my son's for the real world more than my daughters. I told my daughters they cannot let a man live with them unless they're married and they have to get married first before he can move in My son's could not move in with the woman and she could not move in with him If she moved in with him in anything happens she has to leave I always said to them you can put that b**** out cuz this is yours! I told them to pay attention to their uncles my brothers whose women would put them out in either they would end up at my house one of my sister's houses or back home with Mom who is always happy to have them back home because my mother did not want any of her eight children to ever move out. To this day my children are in their late '30s and early '40s One daughter is married one son finally confessed to me that he does live with his girlfriend now they've been together for years and my other son just moved in with his girlfriend last month I had to let it go I had to let it go. I do know what I instilled in them is still there and I love it.
I love that the hosts are letting Lammon speak virtually uninterrupted, because I’ve learned so much about him and his stories were amazing…. But they have NOT let Malcolm get out 1 FULL SENTENCE out uninterrupted… Like DAMN, I would’ve loved to hear a full thought or story from him, without them fighting to interject or complete his thoughts and sentences!!! I get that he’s just one of the hosts, but shut up and let him finish. OMG that triggered tf out of me!!!
The mics are likely not the issue it's due to their position in front of them. This is also why most podcasts have the hosts and guests wearing headphones so they're more aware of their volume
Lamman & Malcolm are respected & adored by black women in my circle- thank you both for sharing your invaluable views.

This is the podcast that our young men need to listen to. Not that red pill nonsense.
Red pill?
I love Lamman! I'll watch him do a movie about anything! ❤😍
This man is mesmerizing. Strong sense of family, village, leadership, and protection displayed!! Reminds me so much of my dad...he was THAT Dad, uncle brother cousin, son everyone looked up to and for!

I agree, in middle school my favorite teachers were black men. Their leadership and love was warm and impeccable and I'll never forget them.
He travels with a bad dad joke book LOL I love that. Hilarious. That's literally something a Dad would do 🤣😂🤣🤣
To hear that Black man say Not on my watch, was everything. Awesome podcast, thank you.
So refreshing to hear conversations among mature Black men. ❤ Great podcast, and I appreciate learning more about Lamman.#excellence 56:17

Great episode!! Can’t wait to see more. Good seeing black men tackle these issues

47:01 is so important. If boys and girls are being taught DIFFERENTLY about marrying and starting families ... we can't build a nation.
So Good ❤

I just turned 40 years of age and I’ve never been married or had any children. I get some folks asking me what am I waiting on… I admit that question irritates.
That question is a reflection of insecurity. Just bless them with a smile.
I'm 44 and I get that same question and I hate it, like damn I'm more than just having kids and a wife.
Tell them that you are blessed, single, and satisfied.
I tell them talk to Jesus❤

Loving the dialog from NAH ❤
Black Excellence is being alive and treating everyone around you with the same respect you demand in America, my opinion
Oh wow, Weusi!! It’s been a real long time. ♥️

59:40 Same bm. Loves to hear himself talk. 😂
Listen Laman might have to be regular on the show.
he's great!

Is there a schedule? 2 per week or?
bi-weekly! This was a special drop
Love the show, but please do something about the mics. A lot is missed from the whispers. I can't take it anymore. FYI
Right! Alot of quiet moments I couldn't hear. Thought it was just me
The mics are likely not the issue it's due to their position in front of them. This is also why most podcasts have the hosts and guests wearing headphones so they're more aware of their volume
