as their coach says, karakurt literally sacrificed her statistics for the national team after vargas came. in almost every match, she switched to different positions that she was inexperienced in depending on the need. you can watch the brazil match where vargas didn't play, karakurt was mostly the setter's cross like what she was supposed to be.
