Part 2 was as interesting as part 1 of this series. Looking forward to part 3. Thanks. After the first part, I've tried your breathing rythm in my training and it really was impressive. I can't say I've found the rythm yet, but it felt quite different. Regarding shooting on both sides - I agree with you. I'm right handed thumb archer, and I've taught myself to shoot left handed (although just three finger style). Left handed shooting is a great complement to my training. Not just because of using other mussels, but also to get another perspective. I'will try to learn left handed thumb shooting, just to get real symmetry in my shooting...

Thank you very much my friend believe it or not a very informative explanation of what your trying to achieve. I've just found your channel recently but your style of archery speaks to me and you have a new subscriber! I fell for thumb release a couple years ago just for the more natural feel. And very much so use it for meditation!(long hard story) keep up the great videos I'm extremely impressed!

Great video, I've started my own journey to learn to shoot left handed recently, I'm enjoying it as its a challenge but also little pressure mentally as I know I should be better with the right

I am a beginner to archery. I have been switching hands since the start. Holding the bow in the dominant hand is the easier way... same with my son, he just prefers it that way but does both. I guess handling the arrows quickly might be why the norm is to teach the opposite? That has been the biggest difference for me anyways...
