Those crown royal bags are very collectable. People even make quilts from them. I bet they sell really nicely. Happy days to the Venture Family and have a beautiful autumn.
A friend of mine was getting married and wanted his older brother be his best man. He wanted him to wear at least a suit jacket. His brother told him the only way he would wear one is if it was made out of crown royal bags, thinking he would get out of dressing up. We have a friend who is a seamstress. She volunteered to make the jacket if they gave her the bags. So instead of flip flops, shorts and a tank top he was in tennis shoes, black jeans, a white shirt, the crown royal jacket and a top hat. He looked really good.

You can use the Crown Royal bags to make a quilt. I use old jeans and make purses out of them. I've seen Crown Royal bags go for about a buck a piece.

Those crown royal bags are used for two main purposes number one fisherman love them to cover up their reels and the bigger ones they use for their like international style, pretty much any of your larger saltwater conventional reels they use them as a real bag it protects them and others are golfers that have large words they use them on golf clubs too.

I often by snow scenery Christmas cards then add fine snow like glitter to them like older cards ,then I make ornaments out of any spares.Costumes are always great to have around.

The plate that was hung is depression glass. Hull pottery is more expensive than most. Make sure you look up the glass. Nice stuff.

Hi Grandma V. Nice to see you back. The green plate with hanger is depression glass but not worth much I don't think. Hull pottery is vintage American. Some pieces can go for up to $80. depending on the item. Am I ever glad you can laugh about this. Should have been a bottle in one of those Crown Royal bags. Could have used one. lol
May not have been the best unit from your view but it was a great, funny and enjoyable video from my view. Enjoy your trip, have fun and stay safe.

Never fear! We are watching! You two made it such fun! Even using the “p” word! My parents died away in 2009 and 2010. There was nothing they hadn’t saved! We started out shredding check books, statements, receipts for oil changes, etc, . We finally bought a chiminea and had an outside party as we burned the rest. Im doing all I can to keep my paperwork to a minimum! This was fun tho. Have fun on your trip!

The amber pieces were Fenton, not Viking, most of the pottery was vintage, but not high dollar, more like 10-20 range. The pink was depression glass, not highly valuable. The green may be uranium, but fairly common.
I always mail Christmas cards. I make my own cards and people enjoy them. It is just a way to give people some joy .
Yes! I love sending and receiving cards. It is so sad that not many people do it anymore. I get fewer every year.

The container with liquid is a interior dehumidifier which starts with calcium chloride granules. It absorbs 3 times it's weight of water. It helps stop damp, mould, mildew and condensation. 😁
