The institutions degrees are discredited and frowned upon. As tho they weren't earned. The facilities would be better with all of the funds generated from the best quality of sports in the nation. I am so proud of my Beloved Brave Football Team! This game kept me on the edge of my seat. If you have a child going to college make sure they attend and graduate from an HBCU! I support all HBCUS but on game day I am rolling with The Scalping Braves of Alcorn State! Thank you Southern Jags for being my rival and keeping me on my toes!
The first degree be from an HBCU then your second, third, and fourth-degree can be from the PWI schools! FUBU!

I have been to the annual Southern vs. Grambling game played on the Saturday after Thanksgiving in the New Orleans Superdome. The football is great, but the bands and the fans are even better. It is known as the ‘Stroll Bowl”, because everyone dresses to the T and walks around the whole game having fun. Geaux Jags! I lived in Baton Rouge for ten years. Southern is my HBU team for life.
