Carrier, I would suggest not to use the term of "office building", the appropriate term is "Commercial Centre" instead. Office building is usually specified most area of the tower or building is to be built for office purpose in different floors.
Westbank =/= quality. Look at Telus Garden and Vancouver House. Floods on multiple floors and everything falling apart after 2-3 years. If you want quality buy Bosa, Cressey, or Ledmac. Hard pass.
Basically, rich people who are single with no kids would be suitable. Is this building kids friendly? I would not want to hear screaming kids if I live there.
