Great video Ragnis, seems you had as much luck as me. 4 days covered of deer flies and saw nothing... But atleast you got to enjoy some beautiful weather and got out, that´s the most important!
Another wonderful vlog Ragnis, many people think wildlife photography is simply pointing a big lens at a subject but it’s a knowledge of the animal and its habitat, hard work and patience, putting up with uncomfortably situations and biting insects, and an understanding of the environment and getting up before daybreak and a deep knowledge of your gear and an artistic eye. Often you come away with nothing but that’s part of it. Greetings from Australia
In North America, those are called Moose rather than Elk, so the end was a bit of a surprise. Our Elk look much different, more like a very large deer. Interesting. Everyone has crappy seasons, days where all you get are bug bites and wet clothes. Still, we go out every day and start again. Good Luck!
Happy to see you again 👍

Great video Ragnis - it looked like an awesome place to spend some time in nature, even if the elk didn't come out in the end!
Thanks!
