FINALLY it's here!!! Deadlife is so good and I have been extremely excited for this album to drop. It lives up to the hype and far exceeds even my highest expectations. 😍😎
I absolutely love the Deadlife sound. It's incredible. I do however wish the guy would make another 'storytelling' album like Bionic Chrysalis / The Order of Chaos - the story of Deadlife was amazing while it lasted. Still, an absolute banger of an album once again, and possibly the best Darksynth formula out there.
This is the first time I've listen to Dead Life , I thought "IT" possibley can't get any better then this, when I seen your comment... BUT I just listened to Bionic Chrysalis and was blown away. Now I'm convinced theres nobody better then Dead Life.
It may not be listed this way but I feel like deadlife's city of ethernal rain feels like a story. It's not listed as such but it has alot of things going on if you ask me. Sure there's no speech but it does not need any.
This should be my favorite DEADLIFE album so far. It is exactly what I needed right now. The King of cyberpunk returned, just a few weeks before Cyberpunk 2077 and deliveres this masterpiece. I'm in fucking neon tears!
I, for one, love how reliable DEADLIFE is with their classic formula. Anyone can make music that sounds like something else. But only DEADLIFE can make music that sounds like this. Why change that? If you are bored with the sound, then move on. Otherwise, people who love DEADLIFE for what DEADLIFE is will be very happy to add this album to the sea of others like it. Trying to change from the formula that works just wouldn't be DEADLIFE anymore, and would require a completely new branding imo. Keep up the good work!
Damn! I'm 4 songs in and can easily say this is my favorite work of his since The Order of Chaos & Bionic Chrysalis. This is a symphony of dark aggression. Nobody does it better.
Literally just been listening to this all night on Spotify... didn't even realise it only released yesterday HOLY FUCK! BTW Track 11 is a fucking BANGER And to people saying that every track sounds the same, I say you have no appreciation for musical nuance and subtlety. The bass is about the only thing that persists through the album, and it ties all the tracks together wonderfully to just play the whole album back-to-back. It's the other stuff around the bassline that makes every track amazing and unique.

Health is a currency. Even Jefferson knew this. These covid pushing liars, despots, criminals, and psychopaths days are numbered. We are taking our world back with music like this as our soundtrack.
Another one? tbh he uses too much same patterns/sounds, thats why imo last 2-3 albums sounds very much alike.. They dont sound bad, but doing the same tricks over and over.. It really loses its magic.. One could say that why change something that aint broken/works? Well.. for me its just sad to see talented musician doing the same trick over and over, cos I know he could make something that sounds new/special. :) Still one of my fav cyberpunk artists nonetheless! (just had to point this out) no hate, only love
I can definitely see where you're coming from, but i guess that is the reason why many (myself included) come back to his music. If you want some slightly repetitive, albeit catchy synthwave to just sit and bang out to for a while, i i find this to be doing the job nicely.
@@Nova-oc2ry True dat! And I also learned later that this album was 3/3 of a trilogy.. So it made very much sense that.. as I said in og comment that last 2-3 albums were too repetitive/alike.. And thats why :) long live DEADLIFE & Synthwave
14 advertisement cuts? Now that's obscene! I don't know why people keep thinking that this is cyberpunk, when in fact this is much closer to EBM. You want cyberpunk? Then listen to Nitzer Ebb or Gravity Kills. It's like saying Marilyn Manson is industrial rock, when in fact it's much closer to heavy metal. I'm NOT saying that this is a bad album, I like it very much, but this isn't cyberpunk.
Lost his talent? I guess you've never produced yourself or you would never say something like that. Trust me try and produce your own stuff, everyone has a cracked version of FL studio these days LULW. And then you will realize how wrong your comment is. Producing music like this demands great talent and dedication.
Wow. This is some watered down bullshit right here. Listen to some synthwave 4-5 years before this and it's very noticable. It's basically just shitty trance, eurobeat with some synthwave cliché samples. It's sad, Deadlife's 1-2 albums were one of my favs.

Dang. The first bit had me worried but every song afterwards hits. Sick album
Beautiful album, I supported it on bandcamp
Amazing, deadlife maintains his level of excellence. Constance in variety. Love it
Still kicks ass, one of the best darkysnth/synthwave albums out there!

Best thing to come out of 2020, in my opinion.
cinematic, epic, profound, powerful yet delicate

Good music to fight in the streets too, also.
Spaceship battles music.
Anime kung-fu music.
Good Retro/Synthwave really just gets you moving.

Well i guess more Cyber than Punk thats why. Cyberpunk in meaning sci -fi like melodies with dark synths.
Complete Meltdown starts sounding like Blade Runner and then Terminator.
this is real
Ahem, Attention, all hands! Vocals are back! I repeat! Vocals are back! THIS IS NOT A FUCKING DRILL.
All songs kinda sound the same. He really lost his talent over the last years.
Yeah, he probably peaked with Orphan imho. Would love to see more in that style.
