I have the same model, I didn’t see you connect that hard drive! I was hoping to see how many cables for hard drives there is. Website says 2 Sata for hdd but I cant find them 1 is used by hdd and other is used by optical drive.

Yes It Is Possible On This Model, a GT 1030 Low Profile GPU Should Fit In There Nicely... Plenty Of Room If It's Low Profile... Although You Might Need a Better PSU To Support It As It Would Run Close To 320w
