Great Infos, I kindly request your guidance in suggesting a Delta PLC model along with suitable expansion modules that would allow me to control around 24 to 30 stepper motors, sequentially and a few of them simultaneously. Ideal output pulse frequency would be upto 5 kHz (less might also work). Greetings from Germany :)

yes bcz 1.8 degree stepper motor is cheaper than 0.0018 degree resolution motor

yes you can use plsv command seprately by chnging its frequency

Greeting, was able to get the stepper to rotate to 90 degrees ,next wish to add timers to delay for a few seconds and complete 360 degrees and stop till the next trigger is given ,kindly advice or make a lesson on this ,thanks for your useful instructions
simple create a loop for 90degree
nested loop banao
bade loop m start stop ka loop banao
uske andr loop m rot 90 kar k Timer delay se trigger karo or count karo 4 times

Sir if I want fix rotations, 100 rotations and if my total pulse count exceeds 200000 pulses which is max I can send from PLC then how will I handle it. Do I need timer or something..please advise
use pulse command only and give pulse count and use compare to terminate your command

I mean if want to give 400000 pulses, as advised I will break after 200000 however I need to provide 200000 pulses again ..so could you please let me know how to provide next 200000 pulses
use counter to triger if yoy trigger 3x then it will 600000

Can you properly explain DDRVA instruction of stepper motor. How the motor have absolute rotation.
It is very important instruction DDRVA. Confuse on this instruction. Please make video on this. Instruction run on real stepper motor but not getting proper how many pulses to give for absolute positioning . How this instruction run please explain for absolute instruction.
