Hello my name is manuel im starting this wholesaling I'm fresh out the gates I have a potential deal in newark nj 8 bed 2 bath man wants 430k rent is from his tenant is around 4500 a month passive. But he has never did any repairs, is around 1,692 sqft comps in the area not so many only one house bigger sold 430k but been renovated. I belive 285k was an m.a.o allowing room for negotiation which 300k i will stop
