    1. Typical angle pin core pulling mechanism
    The angle pin and the slider produce relative motion when the mold is opened or ejected. The angle pin produces a lateral component force on the slider, forcing the slider to complete the core pulling or parting action.
    2.Angle pin core pulling,double locking
    When the mold is opened, the angle pin drives the slider and the core to complete the side core pulling of the plastic part.
    3.The angle pin removes the external thread.
    When the mold is opened, the skew pin drives the slider to move. Disengage the external thread of the plastic part. When ejecting, the ejector pin pushes the stripper plate. At the same time, the core rotates and the plastic part is ejected.
    4.Angle pin oblique core pulling
    When the mold is opened, the skew pin moves the slider. Complete the oblique core pulling of the core. When the mold is closed, the slider is locked by the locking block.
    5. Angled locking parting surface.
    When the mold is opened, the inclined pin drives the slider to complete the core pulling.
    6.Fixed-mold elastic type oblique pin core

    7.Movable mold elastic type angle pin inner core pulling
    After the mold is opened, under the action of the spring. Due to limit screw limit. The skew pin travels a certain distance. Move the slider to complete the inner core of the plastic part. After clamping, the locking block is locking.
    8.Fixed-mold elastic type angle pin inner core pulling
    When the mold is opened, it is under the action of a spring. Due to limit screw limit. The skew pin travels a certain distance, and the slider is pulled to complete the concave core of the plastic part. Continue to open the mold, the plastic parts are brought to the moving mold.
    9.Slider floating type angle pin core pulling.
    During the mold opening process, the skew pin is in an idle stroke that completes a certain gap. When you touch the slider, move the slider to float. When the limit screw acts as a limit, the core pulling operation begins. Until the plastic parts come out and fall.
