In Islam they say - Waheed - One, but without the mysticism it means that God is the only God.
But in mysticism it means everything is God. That is why mysticism changes the heart of the being while religion would be hard pressed to come close.
This is like reading the hidden scrolls under a rock or cave in Tibet we were all told about.
If I was allowed to keep only one channel on TH-cam, this would be it.

Following the instructions and watching the mind experiences provided me the training to recognise that there is the pure nature of the mind which is equanimous ,calm and a refuge .
Every instruction was an opportunity to understand the play of the mind and if we stay on the path liberation is Here and Now

These videos power of the highest support and direction. Without them I would have had recognize these teachings and compromise them to be more acceptable to fit in to dogmas from other paths. I am now simply being true to my own direct experience and recognizing the point in every path from Beyond compromised residance in my own experience which of course here's the true source of all spiritual paths.
