This is literally the best video of my entire life in the most non-dramatic way possible!!!! I just started crocheting and your video was SO helpful and I truly appreciate it :)
This is such a cute pattern but for some reason, my number of stitches for each row must be off because in row 4, I run out of stitches before I finish the pattern for that row. I've tried it twice and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. would it be possible to put how many stitches each row should have so I can figure out how to correct my mistake?
So far it’s coming out really cute i did have to restart a whole row though when you said 3DC in same loop then 3DC in the next stitch it kinda sounds like u wanted it in the same stitch so that was the only confusing part only because i wasn’t watching i was just listening to the instructions, other than that i love it so far!
2:35 what is the difference of just double crochet and increase? you said the even numbers like 2nd and 4th are increase while odd numbers like 1st and 3rd are double crochet. Do I just double crochet them? I cant figure out what I should do for increase
@@busybee123 It's a bit confusing. In US terminology, that would be a triple crochet--wrapping yarn around the hook twice. A DC/double crochet is wrapping the yarn around the hook once.
This is the most confusing pattern EVER. What you are saying on the video and the printed pattern do not mesh. Also, it would have been helpful to those following to put stitch count.
i don’t understand what you mean by 1 double crochet x increase , what increase?? do you mean 1 double crochet in one loop and then two double crochet in the next loop and then one double crochet in the next loop and so on ?? 3:01
I saw trial and error, if you like writing down patterns write the original then on the side add a (attempt with) and if it works add it to the pattern if not take it away and add another attempt
I cannot make sense of row 4. Could someone rewrite this in standardized American crochet terms please? I've watched the video segment repeatedly and cannot follow what is required. I was crocheting this cat face along with my granddaughter but she gave up and found another pattern to use. I really need to complete this project so that ai can help her finish the one she started.
@@busybee123 No. I tried numerous times and the instructions are still not making sense. I'm not a newbie. Learned as a child and have crocheted off and on for over 50 years. The way this one is written is not like anything I've ever seen before.
Row 4 : chain 2 , 3dc in same stitch , dc in next 3 stitches then dc increase (repeat twice) , dc increase , dc in next 3 stitches (repeat twice) , 3dc in same stitch , dc in next 2 stitches then dc increase ( repeat 3 times) dc increase , dc in next 2 stitches ( repeat 3 times) join with sl st Hope that helps ❤
written pattern is super easy to follow, came out super cute. will make again- great present for friends
Might be the cutest dishcloth ever!!
Thank you 🥰

You made my day :) thank you!
Your pattern has been the easiest I’ve seen. Thanks
Thank you! 😊
This is the most simple ,cute and easy pattern ever thank u so much 💕
Thank you! 🥰🥰

I watched so many tutorials, and finally could do this pattern perfectly, thank you soooo much
Thank you! 🥰

@@busybee123 it did!!!!:-))

Hi :) double crochet is when you wrap thread around crochet hook 1 time and increase is when you make two double crochet in one (the same) loop :)

Thank you for correcting me, I edited my answer :)
i used thinner yarn so i added another row... now i'm afraid the ears will be too small... how can i make bigger ears ?
please reply 😭
Hi. I'm struggling lol. Do you stitch in your slip stitch? Could you break down the 3rd and the 4th step for me. Thank you
Sorry for the wait! 😅 Can you tell me from which to which minute in video you need explanation?

I am sorry to hear that. Thank you for your advice! I will keep it in mind.
I have a agreement with Cynthia! Confusing as hell.
I agree
The steps don't work out. I tried frogging and starting over ,but no ...maybe you should check the pattern.
It was all good until 4:16, you should explain better.
I’m sorry if it isn’t explained good enough for you, I tried my best
I'm making mine. The video is great! Thank you!
Thank you! Let me know how it turned out :)
@@busybee123 I would like to post a photo but I don't think it's possible.
Yeah, I think it’s not possible, but I’m sure it turned out great :)
love it

How many rounds would I need to turn this into a pot holder?

What does INC mean? I’ve never heard of that.
It means “increase” or when you make 2 double crochets into one/same loop :)
6:37 3 double crochet in the same loop so 6 double crochet total??
Thanks a lot for this tutorial! I love them and I'm currently making some for a friend of mine too! :)
Thank you for the nice comment :) good luck, hope your friend will like it :)
Does anyone have a drawn pattern for that coaster?!
This is a great video, good job! the only thing was that it got really confusing at 4:16, but other than that great job!
AGREED!
Holding yarn very loosely. Confusing
Why is mine not flat?
Maybe its because you hold the thread too thight, try to make one by making thread looser when you crochet :)
Mine isn’t staying flat :(

Dude I tried soooooo many times but it never worked 😢
Hook size?
I used 4.0 mm hook :)
TYY mine came out so cute :))
Its great to hear that! 😍

Ears aren't sharp on mine... I don't know why. Look like little teddy bear :')
Oh, I figure it out ! In the video, I didn't see that 1TR+1DTR+1TR was in the same loop. I understood with the description below
Sorry for the wait! Great 🥰 but bear coasters sound good too 😍
