36:45 So true. Quit taking it. I was on Adderall for a few years and I finally got tired of being a zombie and quit cold turkey. I was on 60 milligrams a day, quitting cold turkey resulted in like a month of withdrawal and it was absolutely horrendous but I didn't let myself take it. I felt borderline sick, and lethargic at the very least every day for a month after I quit. Every morning when I woke up I either didn't get out of bed for hours, or I wanted to shoot myself in the face. After I quit taking it I was much happier, learned to be productive and responsible without it, and became much more social. I even got a lovely girlfriend who I plan on marrying soon. Quit taking it asap and don't look back.
Not going to work for me, I was taking it in my formative years so my dopaminergic system is completely deadened and sparse, I need it to feel any pleasure or motivation.
Please do NOT quit cold turkey. There's no reason to put yourself through that when you can taper off; it'll still be rough but not as bad. Also have melatonin and/or other sleep aids readily available (if you can get prescriptions for sleep-aid meds: hydroxine, trazadone, etc). I'm sure medication is overprescribed, but some people do need medication to function. People are not all the same.
