చాలా బాధాకరం రాము గారు.. పరిస్థితిని చూస్తుంటే హృదయం ద్రవించి పోతుంది. కొందరి పరిస్థితి మరీ దుర్భరం ఏమో... జీవితాన్ని రౌండ్ అబౌట్ చేసుకుని, మరలా మొదటి పాయింట్ నుంచి మొదలు పెట్టడం ఎంత కష్టమో ఆలోచిస్తుంటేనే మనసు చెమ్మగిల్లుతొంది. ఇంత విషాదంలోనూ ముదావహం ఏమిటంటే, ప్రభుత్వము, పౌర సమాజముస్పందించిన తీరు. కష్టాలు వచ్చినప్పుడే, ప్రజలు ఒక్కటవుతారేమో.. బాధితుల చీకటి సంధ్యలు తొలగించడానికి, ఎవరి స్థాయిలో వాళ్ళు చేయగలిగింది చేద్దాం.

You are absolutely right madam, many middle class people are being kept far from the relief funds or to any such schemes. They can't earn more money and they don't come forward as recipients, habituated to face the struggles. I think the government is planning to give the relief funds, but it may take time.
