I’ve never seen any of your videos before and today this one popped up in my feed, but I’m glad it did. It’s because I watched a related video earlier today. I ALWAYS have that paralysis problem. I’ve found that work that is time-bound (like when I was a teacher, the bell tells you it’s go-time, ready or not. Or when I worked with customers, when the meeting started, it was go-time. But when it comes to doing work that I want to get done, nobody if making me do it and there’s no hard timelines, then I procrastinate. I still have projects I’ve started and stopped many times that I’ve tried to get done for over 15 years. 😞
Yes!!! This is so true! I tell people that all the time who are taking their licensing exams, because they don’t technically have a deadline. It’s so easy to keep pushing it off.
