How to make a Boot cleaner.

In this video I make a boot cleaner! Are you tired of cleaning up lumps of muck and grass off the floor after the kids have been out playing? Well I was and so decided to make this boot cleaner contraption so hopefully they would clean off the heaviest of the mess before they come inside. It's not designed to make them spotless.
The frame is made from 20mm box steel and the handle is made from 25mm tube steel. All the exposed ends are covered plastic inserts. It is finished with 3 coats of an exterior grade paint to protect it from the elements. The brushes aren't exactly what I had intended to use but they are all I could get my hands on at the time. They can be changed anytime by just unscrewing the screws.
I must also apolgise for the state of the welding, its been a while, I'm out of practise and also the rods were a bit damp.....
