My go connect OBD not working since 10 day's i already complaint there no response from go mechanic. I tired to call costumer care but didn't pick the call
Live location works fine, it gets updated every 5 seconds when the vehicle is running. The problem is sometimes it misses to mark a trip. Mileage shown is very different. Has only battery voltage and coolant temperature in vehicle health report. Custome care support is ok only through call. Using it for last one month.

@gomechanicindia - Looks like the OBD service has been shut down since June 23. There is no official confirmation about the same within the app or from service buddies. Also, what happens to the users whose device is still under warranty period and service is shutdown.
Recieved my device yesterday(18/10/2022) and installed it on the same date. Today after a trip of over 80km, the Obd location is showing that it never moved from the previously parked location. IDK how this is happening now. And in touch with the escalation team. Will update if it's resolved.

I mean, watching your phone for obd data while driving is not that fruitful. All the details should be seen on car’s infotainment via android auto/ apple carplay. Is this feature available?

Every GoConnect OBD is unique to one registered mobile number and its user. Therefore, you can only link one phone number to one GoConnect OBD. However, you can log in to the GoMechanic app on multiple devices and track your vehicle simultaneously.
Hi Ujjal, The extension cable is required to hide the OBD as the fuse box lid doesn't close when the OBD is plugged-in. This is common with Hyundai vehicles, it is basically meant to hide the device.
Hello Sir. Do not go for this product and waste ur money. The device and the app doesn’t work at all. Even their customer support team admits that the app doesn’t work.

Hi Naveen, It will give you information about harsh acceleration (accelerator sensor) and braking. Also, you get information about the battery voltage of your car. GoConnect 2.0 also evaluates vital parameters such as harsh overspeeding, over-revving, cornering and even external factors such as live traffic and road conditions.
I have recently buy wagon r 22 model and as per discussion with showroom they said dont use other obd because to lapse warranty.I have also visited go mechanic shop near papa bakery at indore, same I will discussed. But just little bit confuse to buy or not? Your product is very cheaper then suzuki connect and same feature as suzuki connect.
Hi Harsh, The GoConnect OBD 2.0 is a plug and play device and there is no wire splicing. Also, the structural rigidity is not affected by any means. So, its impossible that this device will lapse the warranty.
Bro Go for Suzuki Connect. Don’t go for GoCOnnect. It is total waste of money. I am a victim of these fraudsters. Post sales service and support is worst of all.

Resolve this issue. Both your escalation manager Saurabh Dandriyal and service buddy Tejas are no more responsive and I would like a solution for the same.
