VMB TL-063 WORKING

The VMB TL-063 meets new requirements DIN 56950-3 and DGUV17 (former BGV-C1), this lifter includes the new systems, Cable Guide and Load Limit System (optional), it also includes a larger protective cover on the front.
The TL-063 is made with structural steel for the base and 5 sections of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy, and 1 more section for the lifting carriage. Designed to lift heavy loads from the ground, and keep them at high altitudes.
This lifting tower is very easy to handle, it has 4 swivel castors at the base and fits through a door. It has powerful stabilizers in the legs, to level the lifter in difficult terrains, with slight slope.
Black finish, with epoxy powder paint offering great resistance. It has two adjustable steel load forks that support the load, either supported on top of it, or hung underneath.
VMB offers you a wide range of accessories, which combined with this lifter allows you to increase the number of applications. One of the most used accessories, for example, is the RH-7 transport kit, which serves to tilt the lifter, horizontally and make the transportation in vans, trucks, etc. easier.
The TL-063 features the ALS Red locks of VMB, which automatically block each section while lifting. And the inertial pendulum ILS safety system for the aluminum lifting carriage. It also has the special SRS Retaining system, patented by VMB, which guarantees that the towerlift’s aluminum sections will rise in order, and most importantly: automatically.
VMB offers you a 2-year warranty and stock of spare parts for 5 years. In addition we have our own factory in Spain, where we offer service to review and repair your lifter.
La torre de elevación TL-063 que cumple el NUEVO DIN 56950-3 y DGUV17 (Antiguo BGV-C1), y que incorpora los nuevos sistemas GUIA CABLE y LIMITADOR DE CARGA MÁXIMA (opcional), además de una cubierta protectora más grande en la parte del cabrestante. Fabricada con una base de acero estructural y seis tramos de aleación de aluminio 6082-T6. Diseñada para elevar cargas pesadas, desde el suelo, y mantenerlas fijas a gran altura.
Esta torre elevadora es muy manejable, cuenta con 4 ruedas giratorias en la base.
Cuenta con potentes estabilizadores en las patas, para nivelar la torre en terrenos con cierto desnivel.
Ofrece una gran resistencia con acabado en color negro, con pintura de polvo e-poxy al horno, que le permite aguantar mucho tiempo sin deteriorarse (tiene la posibilidad de pintar la torre en el color que desee, bajo previo pedido).
Cuenta con dos brazos de carga de acero, se puede regular su posición según las necesidades del cliente. Estos brazos soportan la carga, o bien apoyada encima, o colgada por debajo.
VMB le ofrece una gran variedad de accesorios, que combinados con esta torre elevadora permite aumentar su ilimitada cantidad de aplicaciones. Uno de los accesorios más utilizados, por ejemplo, es el kit de transporte RH-7, que sirve para tumbar la torre en horizontal y facilitar el transporte en furgonetas, camiones, etc.
La TL-063 cuenta con el sistema de seguridad de gatillo rojo ALS, de VMB, el cuál bloquea automáticamente cada tramo mientras se eleva. Además cuenta con el sistema de seguridad de péndulo de inercia ILS para el tramo carro de aluminio. Además monta el sistema especial SRS Retentor, patentado por VMB, lo que garantiza que la torre elevará los tramos de aluminio de forma ordenada y lo más importante: automáticamente.
