Love the old 4 speed evo sportsters. I built one with 1986 cases, 1990 bottom end & heads, and with 2002 cylinders & pistons. Good running motor.

@angel_ofanarchy I will it's nice and beautiful to see someone with the passion to build on choppers not afraid to learn not afraid to tear into the turn over was nice when I always get with my bikes I burn sweetgrass and sage and carry it on the bike with me take care angel
I need to get some sweetgrass and sage from my tribe

You have to show us your bike after you got finished. Excited to see it :-) I built a bike last year, but I wasn’t fortunate to find a Harley Davidson. I found an old Yamaha V star, but it was still fun putting it back together take care.
I just posted a video today showing it! And a bike is a bike to me long as your happy and on the road

Maybe I missed it but you're working with an Evo right? Why would you use solid bolts rather than breather bolts? Too much head pressure is a no go love. Correct me if I'm wrong
You’re right but pre 91 EVOs don’t have breather heads

You can trim a bit off the "legs" on the bottom of the (crap) batterys they sell now. Whatever, Dubs hate sloppy batts., So, make that right Angel. Bike looks good, keep rockin' it,,,DUBS,,,,
