same problem like you dont fix this issue, i install many time in different hard drive 2014 to 2016 and so on its install perfect etc. but screen still disappear when open. i don't want reinstall window : ( I have a lot of other software too kindly any working method ? i reinstall the fresh graphic card driver but still had the same issue.
Hi. You might need to delete manually all the Autodesk 3ds max folders from everywhere before you re install it including in the hidden folders. Make sure the windows updates are updated ones. And install again. If it’s still cannot fix, I have no other idea yet. The last solution might be reinstalling the windows system. Or you can try to install other higher versions like 2018, 2021 or 2022. Hopefully, you can solve it with one way or others. 🙏
@@naingaung7318 Thanks for reply, I tried uninstall and install many other versions max2023, 2022, 2018 but still facing the same issue. At last, I RESET my WIN 11 (Keep old files delete apps) and now issue is solved :)
