Gee u guys have done some travelling and u still keep it simple and make it look easy , I bet it's not most times tho but ya glued together and doing a fantastic job keeping it all together and make the best videos thank you 😊and safe travels 🙏
Love the clips of driving the nul- especially the Chicago number! We came over and camped up the east coast and I was so anxious, booking every site ahead of time but by the 3rd week we were ringing camps for the same night, loved it :D
Seeing you guys drive into WA made me emotional! That’s going to be us driving home across the same border in august. All the same emotions and thinking at the thought of heading home 🫣
I have enjoyed watching your travels and thank you for sharing your adventures with us. You will pick up tourism work at home, I am sure. Until you find your wings again. Re Jack’s anxiety, I remember wondering at the time if it was a work thing (eg ex copper or ambo, etc) or if it was simply concern with the unknown future. Whatever it was, you have both been brave, funny and so gentle with each other. And thanks for teasing us with the non proposal in Tassie!! Until the next one … thank you.
Great video guys. Been following you for a while. Just done my 1st trip across to Perth from Sydney. Had a ball, now in Brisbane before heading to Sydney & home. Have now put house on the market to relocate to either Bussellton or Bunbury. Should be there by April or May this year. Many thanks, love your work 😀
Thing about travelling with few creature comforts you start to realise what's necessary and what's bs. Get more in touch with the outdoors as in it more and have time to notice things if not just doing the mad school holidays dash. More time by yourself to be yourself. And as you get older your priorities change/differ.
It’s been amazing to watch your journey over the past couple of years! Good to hear you’re going to take your time to regroup with family and friends. We will be here when you’re back :) thanks for all the awesome content!!
My wife and l did 8months on a lap. Must say it actually made us stronger not that we were in anyway having issues. Was the best 8 months of our lives at the time. Will miss you guys. At least till you take off again. All the best for now
There's a spark in your eyes, knowing that you are going home. Enjoy your family and friends, I'm sure that they all still love you, even the dog. Just don't leave us to long out here in TH-cam land.
Already missing YOU BOTH and your videos ! But totally understand you, 11 months is a long time and on or after every travel there is some time needed to digest all the impressions. Enjoy your time back home, plan for new travels and do not forget to post a video from time to time to keep your TH-cam community happy ! Hey, it is always a pleasure to take part on your adventures. Cheers, mates and stay safe!
When I saw your video pop up I read “Effects of Full ….Time Travel” and I’m like wow that’s something new 😂. Anyways serves me right for rushing and not having my glasses on. I cannot wait to see what you both get upto next , all the very best
Great stuff guys. Recently spent two weeks at Horrocks. Thanks for the sticker too. All the very best for the next stage of your journey, wherever that may take you.
Love your vids and your out takes are just hilarious... There goes the drone, bloody funny .. Anyway guys keep safe and have a great awesome brake from us youtube crazies. Your the best and will be missed greatly .
Hi jack and Megan another interesting video hopefully you will find more places to show me but i know from experience that when you start heading home no matter how long you been away it's always a quick trip home take care all the best Ron
Did Megan get to drive this time over the Nullarbor, l challenge jack to allow Megan to drive at least 2 hours minimum each day 🤣🤣 You 2 are the best 🥰🥰 You are each others strength and rock what a beautiful relationship you two have 😍😍 Will be so awesome to see your baby (the dog sorry l forgot his name) And spending quality time with your family 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Even know you won't be travelling keep us updated on what's happening we love seeing both of you
Just a quick question if you have your meat or vegetables vacuum sealed and frozen can you take them over the border. Great video thankyou again for sharing it with us.
I don’t even know u personally but going to miss you guys!! Enjoy ur family, friends and home while u still have it you never know what tomorrow brings and we look forward to your next adventures one day down the track ❤
Aww that is so lovely to hear, thanks so much for joining us on this journey! A quiet week with family has been great but we definitely miss sharing and creating! We'll be back next week with an update video 🥰
I have loved watching you guy's travelling this Beautiful Country in something so simple as a Troopy. From both of you being so down to earth and not wanting bigger better faster and more, but just enjoying each other and the odd splurge of luxury accommodation you thoroughly enjoy and deserve. Well done, enjoy a break from TH-cam and everyone needs a holiday from too much holidaying LOL
Missed you guys last week. Another enjoyable episode. My GF gets anxious talking about crossing the Nullarbor, which is a trip we're planning for next year. So it's good you talked about it, and to say how much infrastructure is now available along the highway. I hope it will give her more reassurance for the trip. All the best on your trip home. 👍
Plenty of roadhouses and motels along the way, usually about every 200 kms or so. Don't expect too much as far as phone service and high quality motels and you'll be OK. don't rush your first trip, there's plenty to see.
Oh you both are going to love it! Yes definitely a lot of stops and phone reception along the way that we had forgotten about! But still gives you that amazing remote feeling, best of both worlds 😁 Thanks for watching, glad to hear you enjoyed this one!
Love your shows, the kind of reality TV that inspires people to do as you do. Well I bought a Troopy as a start. If you enjoy traveling and can keep doing it will be great. Loved your Ute restoration as well, you guys can do anything. Whether its restoration or a new "The Way Overland" project, I will watch it. good luck to you both, but let us know whats happening please.
Love seeing your travels and the way you approach, well, everything really. Keep growing. Keep just being you. Hopefully we see you back when you're ready. I think our sticker might have been in that bundle 🙂. Enjoy your "time off". x
Thanks so much Kath 🥰 a week off with family has been great but we are missing sharing and creating too much now haha! We will be back next Sunday with a new video. Yes I think it was! So excited for you to receive it! Thanks again for all your support 🙏
Another great show guys. Thanks so much for sharing the journey. Safe trip rest of the way home. Enjoy the quality time with fam & friends and the insight gained from this trip whilst planning for your next adventure. Peace & love & mungbeans beautiful peeps 😊
Watched you guys from day one….now what am I gonna do on a Sunday morning. You guys have bought so much pleasure into your videos and made them the best video series I have ever watch and that’s a lot. Good luck to you guys and hopefully after the reality check you might kick off a new series…..I can only hope, selfish I know. Jack might be time for that proposal 😂 aye ! Good luck guys.😊
We truly appreciate your support so much Kevan! Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement 🙏 We already have a new series in the works and will be sharing a little update video next Sunday ☺️ Can't wait to share it with you!
Haha can definitely relate to the hanger arguments in the car 😅I think you summed up a lot of peoples fear about living in such close proximity with your partner while you travel. Its not always smooth sailing (especially with a toddler in tow 😳) but I reckon you come out much stronger on the other side :) enjoy some refresh time with your family! Keen to see what you guys get up to next 🙌
Two things, changing as a person is growing and evolving, I'm glad I'm not the person I was 30 years ago. It's also how the human species is not still living as we were 1.5 million years ago. Unfortunately you do end up leaving some people behind. Secondly, you have been in our lives for years now, please keep making videos. You are the only ones worth watching. Everyone needs to support them on patreon. More people like Jack Megan are needed in this often depressing world.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of your travels around Australia and from a selfish point of view, would love to see more Jack and Megan vlogs. Nothing lasts forever but I wish you all the best for what ever you decide to do in the future
Thoroughly enjoy your videos every week and have done since you both started but at the end of the day do what’s best for you, go home see family recharge and TH-cam will still be here whenever you decide what’s next! I’m sure it will come to you when you’re ready 😊
Thanks so much for joining us on this adventure! 🥰 Yep this little bit of time with family has been great to recharge, but we're definitely ready to get back out there! Thanks again for your support 🙏
gday M n J ... i liked that you guys are so down to earth with how you feel and how you portray everything ... open and honest ... so are you going to keep filming? are you going to still upload content? ... in a way i envy you ... i am at the house where the fire was but its still in the insurance company's hands so i am in a small room at the house while i wait for my dwelling to rebuilt with zero time frame... you guys are so lucky you can go home and regroup ... any way if this is it for you guys ... then i have absolutely loved watching you guys grow and be a part of my viewing pleasure ... please stay safe and take care ... i do hope to keep watching you guys
Morning Macka! We definitely love creating videos way too much to stop! We're especially loving putting out this kind of content with some raw and honest chats thrown in there so it's great to know you appreciate it! We honestly said the same thing that we are so incredibly lucky to have a couple of spare rooms to surf between while we're here in Perth, we really hope the insurance company gets everything sorted for you soon!
@@itsJackandMegan in the hands of local council now i believe and that can take months upon months im told ... i am very pleased to know i see 2 of my favourite people next week
Selfishly hopefully you guys continue to travel and make videos after you've had some time at home. You were a big inspiration for us starting up our channel and documenting our travels. Enjoy the time at home, the whole country is beautiful but west is best!
Oh yeah we love creating videos way too much to stop! Thanks so much for joining us for the adventure 🫶 haha you're not wrong there! We missed the west coast so much!
Couldn't agree more with your comments about crossing the Nullabor, I'm ab out to commence (next month) my 14th and 15th crossings and I've found each one interesting. I try to stop somewhere different each time, just to mix it up and also try and take in a different tourist site or two each time. This trip will be with our caravan, for the first time, so will be different again. I also have in mind to do a crossing with the motorbike, so still looking forward to the future. Glad you enjoyed Tassie, hope you return some day!
What am i going to do Sunday Mornings if you stop? you two have been a part of my life for so long now i always make sure to camp somewhere Saturday night that has a good phone signal so i can wake up and watch ya's. There is so many of the harder and more remote places to visit, perhaps even team up with someone else for a short while to get your confidence up if needed. Its really not that scary once you see the amazing things that are way out there
Isn’t it funny how you can be away for ages but as soon as you get close enough to home to be able to do it in a couple of hard days you cant wait to get there !
I'm travelling to Perth from Sydney in two weeks time. I'm a visitor and new to this travelling round here in Australia. What app do you guys use to look up at the free and paid camp sites while you're travelling?
@@itsJackandMegan Thank you for your prompt response. I just signed up to the Wikicamp Australia 👍 Can’t wait for the upcoming adventure. Btw, been following your channel for some time and you got me hooked with this travel business. Can’t wait to get on the road and taste it for myself 🤗
Another great episode. Be interesting to see what you do in the future. We spent 2.5 years lapping Australia and at the end my wife didn’t want to ever see Aus again. After 3 years with covid lockdown and her working hard being stuck in NZ she is now ready to go back again. We are doing the Savanna Way route above the tar seal route from Cairns to Darwin July/Aug (we have done bits of it before). She is now talking about doing WA again so you just never know, after a break I suspect you will miss the traveling, as I do on a daily basis. I got a fix by going to Alice Springs in Sept/Oct last year but are looking forward to the next couple of months really fast. Oh, there is plenty in central to do yet. 😀😀😀
Got to admire us Aussies' love for the beach. If there is a will, there is a way. I like how they rigged up ladders to get onto the beach from the cliffs at Horrocks Lookout. 😁 I think Horrocks Lookout isn't busy because it's not listed in Google Maps. 😁 Thanks for the episodes. You still owe us one for not having one last week. 😁
Hey guys, sounds like maybe it’s time for you to settle down and make babies 😂. I regret that I haven’t bumped into you somewhere in your travels as I would have loved to share a yarn and a beer. Cheers 🍻 🍻🍻
Love it, I have lost count of how many times my wife and I have travelled the Nullarbor and we still love doing it.
Thanks Jack and Megan for making us feel home sick... Enjoy some time in a home, I reckon a couple weeks and you will be getting itchy feet but.
Love the Nullarbor. It changes every time you cross it. Can’t wait to do it again.
Even the drone wanted to go home lol.
Enjoy family time... It is precious...

I like how they rigged up ladders to get onto the beach from the cliffs at Horrocks Lookout. 😁 I think Horrocks Lookout isn't busy because it's not listed in Google Maps. 😁 Thanks for the episodes. You still owe us one for not having one last week. 😁
Haha so true! Yeah that's probably why! Haha we'll have to do a double episode one week to make up for it 😜
R u going to stop traveling soon

When do you pickup the new van?
Haha no van for us that we know of!
I’d hate if you got rid of the Troopy, as I have a similar set up in the UK
Just a question, are the new style catches a direct replacement, or do the holes require re drilling
Megan & Jack thanks for the email 👍👍👍

Do what you gotta do. ...eh
Hey guys, sounds like maybe it’s time for you to settle down and make babies 😂. I regret that I haven’t bumped into you somewhere in your travels as I would have loved to share a yarn and a beer. Cheers 🍻 🍻🍻
Haha we just did some baby sitting and there will be no babies for us any time soon 😂😂
