    Welcome to Montreal! I have a friend that was destined to the Trudeau Airport (YUL) recently and they diverted him to YHU. Controller said they couldn’t slot him in to land. Have you experienced this before? Great editing BTW!

      Thank you. I love Canada and Montreal has a certain charm to it. I have never landed at Trudeau, but I could see that happening. Thanks for the kudos on editing. That's my video guy doing a great job.

    Great video, the commentary is always welcome for the show and tell. Love the G3K as well, it’s come a long way for that full integration feel! (From UK)

    Absolutely love your channel and I really like how you explain everything you are doing! Great flyin man always nice to see that AP come off a bit early and see some hand flying, nice landing too!

      Thank you so much Nick. I really appreciate that. Maybe in one of the upcoming videos I do a little more hand flying. Good to practice :-). I really try to nail every landing so that I am consistent. Take a look at our latest, Chicago to NY where I talk through the 3 most important elements. Then I land on a wet runway. Check it out and fly safe. Don

    Looks like you are trying to hide using your iPad. All proficient and professional pilots nowdays, aid themselves with Foreflight and other apps that make workload easier and a safer flight. Cool video and thanks for sharing!

      Absolutely not. I love ForeFlight. That said, my main focus is what I am doing with the Garmin 3k. It is the heart of the avionics, navigation and the autopilot. So, I use the iPad supplementally. I upload my flight plans to the plane from it.

    What is the CPL button used for on the autopilot?

    • @ioptimizerealty
      @ioptimizerealty  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good question. Copilot. If I want the autopilot use the copilot's instruments, instead of the pilot's. So, should I lose my PFD, I can choose to use the copilot's.

    You called the tower and told him you’re ready for takeoff? 🤔

    • @ioptimizerealty
      @ioptimizerealty  ปีที่แล้ว

      There's non tower at Knox County Airport. Hence the call on Unicom announcing my departure. Great New England airport. Love the town too.

      Maybe we will add some of the cockpit sounds in future videos. If you didn't like this, one, check out some of our other ones, as in anything, you only get better the more you do it. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to watch.

      Also, the HondaJet is known for its quiet engines. You can NOT hear them once you put on headsets. They are that quiet.
