Now I would say Delta is cheaper. Idk what happened to Southwest, I know Southwest is dealing with strikes and there's inflation but their prices really went up.
@@neoflyerx wow that’s just crazy! I always thought they were one of the cheaper options around. How can they compete with Delta then? If not on price?
@@patrickjensen8071 I forgot to mention Alaska is crazy expensive now too. Southwest gives you free luggage and they fly a lot routes, and not just to hubs. I suppose you can get sales on Southwest but price wise they are ridiculous. They wanted $500-$600 to fly transcon and $160 BWI-BOS (I got some points together to not have to pay that + they discounted purchasing points). On Delta I could fly $200 from Boston to SFO, I think Delta is just a bigger airline so they have more financial room to keep prices lower.

Yeah I agree. The boarding process is unique. You have to be in a place with good wifi when checking in, otherwise you are C60.
