If the probability of getting a 5-star is less than 1%, she had less than 0.000001% (1% cubed) or 1 in 100,000,000
not really, when you reach pity the probability is 100%, and in soft pity is arround 70%.
Also when people spend money on it even if it doesn't say anything it increases the probabilty a lot to get them addicted to spend.
There's an estimated 5% chance of getting another 5 star within the 10 pulls after a 5 star. Assuming a soft pity on the first 5 star, the chance for 2 more 5 stars is around 0.0025%, which admitted is quite lucky.

I just get multiple 5🌟 2 times, 1st is 3 yoimiya, 2nd is on weapon banner (got memory dust n wgs) and that help me a lot, cuz i want childe bow. And i lucky got the bow on 10pull after got that multiple.

67 for freedom sworn, counter reset to 0
3 for R2 SoBP, counter reset to 0 and fate point added
5 for R3 SoBP, counter reset to 0 and fate point added
still having that insane luck is like finding shiny pokemon without a shiny charm...
The luckiest I have was getting Kazuha C1 back-to-back.
Same i also got his c1 back2back but after that i keep losing 50/50 in character banner and weapon banner..

I, as a person who hasn't spent a penny on this game, got Albedo on my 18th pull. It's good, but not as good as TRIPLE 5 STAR in a ten pull.

For the uninitiated are duplicates a good thing in Genshin?
Yes, but only 5 are good for weapons, 6 for characters
To a certain extent yes.
Besides leveling up your weapon through the usual ways there is a thing called "refining" which upgrades your weapon using duplicates that you have up to a maximum of 5 levels or "refinement level 5". These upgrades increase the stats of your weapon's passive effects which usually means more damage. All 3+ star weapons have a weapon passive effect that vary.
Besides that it is also nice to have duplicates of the same weapon so multiple characters wanting to use the same weapon don't have to constantly switch weapons and even conflict with that character's build. (though in Finana's case only like 2 atm characters really want to use that claymore that she got duplicates of)
After a certain point though having a lot of duplicates does virtually nothing since you can only refine to level 5 and only a select few would want to use the same weapon. (though this only a problem for whales)

Depends on the person and rarity really. 5 stars are really rare for F2P players and you have to make a desicion basically: Do you want a wide variety of chars and weapons or do you want the strongest possible character/weapon. Generally speaking, having a new character opens up new teams and you are generally more suited for different situations, so most people would say that getting a new character/weapon is the "optimal" outcome ( but then you have to build this new character which is also expensive ). Keep in mind though, that you don't need any new stuff for anything but Spiral Abyss, the late game dungeon.
As for 4 stars, you will get a lot of dupes of them and going for a maxed out char/weapon here is a lot more doable even for F2P players ( which means 7 times a char and 5 times a weapon ), while still owning most 4 star characters/weapons.
As a conclusion, I would say to not go for dupes for 5 stars if you are F2P/low spender unless you wanna be a dedicated main of that character. And for weapons you really don't want dupes imo, use these pulls for other weapons or characters. A lot of people, me included, never pull on the weapon banner because i want to get as much chars as possible because weapons don't open up a new playstyle, they just optimize your stats in general.

I'm f2p and best I got is having a 5 star and 4 star chara both in 1 10 pull. It happened 3 times though and somehow it's always Nighuang as a bonus. She isn't even on a banner. Guess I gotta start building her
4 star is guaranteed in a 10 pull, so even if you pull 5 star, you will still get that 4 star

@@13natrat there are currently 37 (I think) pullable 4 stars. The chances of getting a particular one that is not uprated is (50%/34)^2*(2.5%)
