43:34 AJ is literally the reason why I started Powerlifting. So thankful that he hosted the first APO meet in San Diego and introduced me to equipped powerlifting. I stayed away from the sport for the longest time because I didn't understand what the shirt did or how to use it. Now my mind is open to new possibilities because I am training with heavy weights without pain or injury for the first time in my life 💪🙌
When I trained at Mark Chaillet's old gym in Temple Hills, Md. that was a Hardcore gym. I was always taught to treat your warmups of 135 the same as your top set that day. Respect the weight.
Good stuff, love hearing a take on Westside from someone who knows that people aren't doing it the way Louie initially believed in anymore. Also nice to hear someone FINALLY mention that these new shirts are 100-150lbs per ply difference in weight requirement/strength requirement! And also telling the truth that it does not matter how good your shirt is, if you can't handle the weight it ain't doing SHIT for you.
‘I took a long time away trying to figure out who I am, then I figured out I had to embrace who I am’ Yeh this lad hasn’t been in the U.K. for a while has he😂😂
This is one of your best podcasts, genuinely. AJ is great at articulating his points and being concise in it. Up there with the JM podcasts imo.

I loved meeting AJ!! He's so nice!
Great to see AJ back on here, it’s been great seeing his progression from podcast to podcast and seeing his journey and thought processes evolve.
