The guy making the dough works very neat. Considering they are working with flour, the place looks clean and tidy. Employees really look clean. Can't get better and clean bakery than this. I miss those breads eating that with butter and honey or fruit jam. Very nice video. I enjoyed it.

They are making the bread different than I remember. Where are the stones? It used to oval and very long. Sometimes with stones stuck in it.
