They didn't complete their studies from the same college. For ex. After landing in Canada the agent told them that the college is asking is no one accepting this course so please change the college. Then students might have changed their college.

It was back then 2018, the immigration officers were not strict as they are now. I pretty much feel it’s some what fault of ircc too. The visas were given as they paid the fee already for less reputed college & they might not be fully aware about this.
