So apparently from what I have researched, the exe being that made Cream into a stone was non other then Lord X himself
For those who do t know eho Lord X is, Lord X is the one, the original Sonic.exe from the 2011 PC Port creepypasta

If I could recall, the only character you can save is Eggman if picked the right dialogue as tails.

As someone who has both crazed Amy endings, you must make sure that Amy, Cream, and the three original survivors are alive. If Sally is alive then the game will attempt to initiate the best ending. Any less people and people will get killed off for a smaller cast ending.
