2:31 actually, in the states of Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire it is illegal to pull double trailers
I may have gotten this wrong, the information I used may be out-dated. The trailer size also may be different. And apparently Brick Rigs, the lore or whatever, is on a large or medium sized island near Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. So I have no clue what kind of laws towards pulling double trailers would be but maybe similar to those three states.

this feels mostly correct. i used to drive. many states also have rules on how much of a gap you can have from the tractor to the trailer wheels, max 40 feet. it's a bridge rule thing.
