There are some mistakes, which I have not solved yet. (Still downloading). 8:25 you say "put them in the unet folder", but what you show is the vae folder. In 9:15 you save another ae.safetensors file (from the flux-dev) in the vae folder, which would overwrite the schnell one. When I look in your unet or vae folder content, I am even more confused, because the names in there do not match what you say you have already downloaded, e.g. 8:55 downloading flux-1dev.safetensors, but what I see in the folder is flux-1-dev-fp8.safetensors, which we haven't downloaded at all!
Why does my Comfy UI install which I just made not have Manger and Share on the right side tab like yours? And also generations don't work unlike in Automatic1111 😤😖😖

When i click "Queue Promt" there is an error message "Failed To Fetch", i installed manager and clicked "update all".

if manager is missing it means it was not installed , it is on 6:30 , manager install part

yes, there is no limit to how many images you can generate locally
FluxPro images are only about 100K in size... Huggingbird is superior IMO

fp16 for 12GB VRAM or more, basically if u have 3090 or 4090
