Wonderful to hear from David Rhys-Jones. I have many fond memories of him dashing up the wing at Princess Park. Just some constructive feedback. As an older gentleman that is also dipping his toes into content creation, I too have struggled with audio problems. I suggest you get yourself a couple of those lapel mics. They are pretty cheap these days and really make a difference. It isn't easy to get the audio right in such a large space. It might be easier if you sat in one of the cars. Better yet, David and yourself could each sit in separate cars and you could film it from the front so it appeared like two blokes just chatting at the traffic lights. I guess they would also look like a couple of kids revving up for a drag race. That might be a pretty cool gimmick for the show, you could finish of each episode with a drag race. I would love to see what some of those hotrods of yours can do! I would be happy to assist with the production of that if you like, but keep in mind I am in Wagga Wagga.
Nice work John these interviews are fun and wow your car collection has expanded since we shared the same car parking level. Ha ha anyway hope your travelling ok and I am celebrating atm with the resignation of that mmm must hold back on words but anyway keep up the great representation of the silent majority. Oh and it still pisses me off that no one mentions that without my Dad and Grandfather and all brave Australians fighting a war to enable our freedom ALL Aboriginals were to be exterminated by the Japanese had their invasion succeeded. No respect shown by those promoting the Yes vote. Cheers 😊
Rhys was funny because he got into so many genuine fights (not push & shove, jumper punching) but he wasn't that good at fighting. Very good player though.
