  • What’s harder Spartan or Tough Mudder? A year of obstacle courses.
I look at some of my favourite obstacles of 2024 - the best of 2024!
4 Spartan Races and 1 very muddy Tough Mudder - it’s been a year of obstacle courses!
Spartan Trifecta completed including my first Spartan Beast whilst overcoming injury!
    Majorca - California - Tenerife 😎
    See you in 2025 🤙🏼

Oh yeah, I learned backward movement (on normal monkey bar) recently too I wrote in some comment before. I felt my hand hurt less in this moverment for some reason, maybe different "backward grip" technique:)

Ah that’s interesting! Maybe because the hand doesn’t move around the bar as much with that technique! There’s no swinging motion which means that hand is pretty fixed on the bar 💪🏼
A good technique to have in the arsenal 🦍

@@rikkinetic Btw do you know which exercise we can do instead of monkeybars during winter, when it is hard to train outside for many:) I think besides hanging on the bar which is static and only part of the move, maybe doing kettlebell snatches could be good? Arms move forward and upward here, but instead of lifting our own weight we lift kettle. Any other ideas?

Yes I think as well as the hanging drills any pulling exercises are important - so rows, pull downs, pull ups etc.
They’ll help to keep the back, forearms and gripping muscles strong 💪🏼

Hello. I am Vietnamese. I have a gym on Phu Quoc island. I want to expand outdoor crossfit to serve tourists. Can you give me some advice?

Hello 😊 I’m not sure what I could tell you by the way of setting such a gym up as it’s something I’ve not done before! My advice would be to look at similar gyms that have done the same! From that you may have an idea of what equipment you’d need etc.
Look for popular gyms in other tourist destinations.
Where are the majority of tourists who visit your island from? Maybe look at the gyms they have back in their home towns/home countries

@ They come from Russia, Australia and Korea. I basically did it. I want to do an outdoor sports area. 50m2. That's why I ask for your opinion
