I mean if a husband and a wife buys one unit each ( that is 480 gaz in total) together at the same place in such a way that both the plots are attached to each other and then construct a cottage there than also it is illegal....plz make sure all the rules are properly checked... Kyun ki kishi ki jeewan bhar ki kamai chle jayegi... Sarkar aise cases m land ko sarkari jameen ghoshit kr rhi h .... Bahut cases dekh liye meine... Near kainchi dham
