    Basic Calisthenics should be promoted in schools and universities as part of Physical Education. Maganda sya for fitness to give upper overall body strength lalo na yung core muscles. Most kasi sa ng Physical Education natin old school na like Folk Dancing, Basketball, Badminton,. ok lang naman yun but introduce sa mga estudyante yung proper fitness.

      kaya kasi ganun ang program sa schools kasi basic sports nga lang ay exhausting na tapos ang next na subj ng student major subject, mawawala sa focus dahil pagod sila. ang mga ganitong bagay students na ang bahala maglaan ng oras nila during free time nila.

      Delikado kasi para sa iba eh, baka hindi nila kayanin yung pag grip nila sa bars tapos pagnabitawan nila tumama pa ang chests nila sa bars edi sagutin pa ng schools.. hehe skl

    he's got good power-to-weight ratio (PWR). Meaning proportional lang yung bigat ng katawan nya sa lakas nya so me advantage sha sa pabilisan saka paramihan ng reps. Keep it up and don't do drugs.

    Schools should introduce calisthenics for PE subjects and proper diet for Health subjects.
    And then we can see bulky/shredded gents and fatless/fit ladies when they graduate...

      Real Juros, wala brod, gumawa lang ako ng pngbahay, horizontal bar, ung vertical nya may 7 holes at increment n 25cm pr may variation.

    From 47kg to 53kg ako. Malaki naitulong ng calisthenics sakin. Sya yung naging key sa pag build ko ng fundamental strength na kelangan ko para makapag lift ng weights.

    You put one bodubuilder on that bar, and he can't go further 10 or 15, because he weights too much, no functional muscle just over weighted muscle, his own skeleton can't take it!
