Thanks, Wasihun. What is really the economic rational to impose multiple taxes on a single product? Think of a housing project tax imposition such as lease payment, rental income tax up to 35%, roof & wall tax up to 0.045 rate, and now property tax of 1%.
All these taxes definitely discourage developers, or else, they will be forced to appreciate their unit rate on their customers.

መሬቱን በሊዝ ከከተማው አስተዳደር ጋር በውል ወስዶ በውሉ መሠረት አመታዊ ክፍያ እየከፈለ ያለን ሰው አሁን የመሬት ንብረት ታክስ ተደራራቢ ባይባል እንኳን ድጋሚ አይሆንምን? በዚሁ መሬት ላይ የተሰራ ቤት ቤቱ ለረፈበት መሬት በድጋሚ እንዳይከፈል ይቀነሳል?

በባንክ ብድር የተገዛ ቤትን ጭምር ይመለከታል ወይ? ለመሆኑ ብድሩን ከፍየ እስካልጨረስኩ ድረስ የግል ንብረት ነው ማለትስ ይቻላል? ከደመወዜ ላይ ለባንክ ክፍያ ስከፍል ወለድን ጨምሮ ኢንሹራንስ እየገባሁ በዛ ላይ የንብረት ታክስ ይኖር ይሆን?
